Especially the Slow Food Fair, Fair Trade and creative had really impressed me: You can discover countless many beautiful, interesting and delicious things and rummaging, feasting, tinkering, or having inspiring conversations.

Frühjahrsmessen at Messe Stuttgart: „Fair Handeln“
The “Fair Handeln” (Fair Trade) is Germany’s oldest and most important trade fair for fair trade and globally responsible business. In addition to the exhibition area, visitors are expected to find an extra program on topics such as justice, sustainability and responsibility. Thus, the fair introduces important fields of action that go beyond classic fair trade. In addition, the Fair Handeln and the development policy conference taking place on Saturday mark the highlight of Baden-Württemberg’s development policy year. The conference will tackle the development policy dialogue of the state government ,Welt:Bürger gefragt!” (world: citizens asked! ‘) and set the stage for development co-operation.
Frühjahrsmessen at Messe Stuttgart: „Markt des guten Geschmacks – the Slow Food Fair“
The market of good taste in Stuttgart is the successful leading trade fair of Slow Food Germany. Here, four days of regional, sustainable and artisan-grown food from 550 exhibitors are the focus. Pleasure of cooking and conscious enjoyment as well as the appreciation of the food cultures are the mainstays of the fair. The visitors come together personally with producers and food craftsmen, who remain anonymous in ordinary consumer life. Only exhibitors who are subject to the high Slow Food quality criteria according to the “good, clean, fair” principle are admitted to the fair. Bread and cereal products, dairy products, fruits & vegetables, fish, ham & sausage products, delicatessen, oils, vinegars and herbs and confectionery are only in the best quality.
